Isle View is a homely and friendly workplace. We are recruiting for a part time kitchen assistant to assist our cooks with cleaning and catering duties.
You will set up for breakfast and serve in the dining room assisting our Residents as required. You will clear breakfast dishes and tidy the dining room. You will be required to offer tea, coffee and drinks as requested by Residents.
Daily cleaning duties include loading and unloading the dishwasher, washing pots and wiping down shelves and any other kitchen duties as requested by the Cooks.
You will set up tables for lunch, encouraging Residents to assist if they so wish.
You need to communicate effectively and positively with the care team to meet the complex needs of our Residents.
You will follow the health and safety requirements of a kitchen and the Health and Safety and Infection Control policies of the Home.
