Healthcare Support Worker: Airdrie

As a Health Care Support Worker within Bespoke Clinical Care, you will be responsible for providing a high level of care and support to meet our clients' individual needs. Within this role your main duties will consist of supporting the client to achieve the best possible outcomes and participate in activities which enhance their wellbeing whist encouraging independent living at home.

This is an opportunity for dynamic individuals to join a Bespoke team who will ensure our client participates in variety of exciting opportunities which are tailored to individual needs. The challenge in this position is to ensure that no “two days are the same”

Whilst working with Bespoke Clinical Care our specialist clinicians are on hand to support you with your ongoing competency, development, and training. We provide free uniforms, PVG and SSSC fees, along with training to SVQ level 3.

The person: Must be considerate, patient, and kind. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and must be considerate, patient and kind You must work well as a valuable team member and be able to work on your own initiative, whilst always maintaining professionalism.

We have several substantive positions available on a part-time full-time basis, with no zero hours contracts. We offer family friendly hours and shift patterns consisting of days, nights, and weekends.

We pay enhancements for evenings, weekends and double time for bank holidays. We also offer 25 days annual leave (pro-rata) and a variety of other incentives.
