We’ve been delivering a range of housing services to older people in Scotland for 50 years and we are looking forward to the future. We are currently looking for the right person to join our Business Development Team in Edinburgh as Owner Services Administrator on a temporary basis for a period of 3 months with possibility of extension. This is a part time role, 28hours per week (flexible working pattern).

You will have the opportunity to be involved in our ongoing CX project. CX is a new application designed from the ground-up, built for housing in the 21st century which will enable organisations to meet the challenges of the next two decades. Civica Housing CX is the next generation integrated housing management system.

About the role:

  • Participating in the configuration of templates (communication letters) in order to make them more user-friendly.
  • Validating the accuracy, clarity and details of data for CX project.
  • Supporting CX project making sure that all deadlines are met.
  • Updating housing management systems to reflect changes in ownership and occupancy.
  • Ensuring that customers receive appropriate information within required timescales, including notices of meetings and information for the AGM’s
  • Assisting development managers with the preparation of key information and documents
  • Regularly review procedures or systems with your team and colleagues to identify improvements that simplify processes and decision making
  • Managing complaints, concerns and compliments where required, focusing on providing the right solution and keeping customers up to date with progress

About you:

  • Experience of delivering administrative services to a dispersed team
  • Experience of using ICT systems to record information and produce reports
  • Commitment to working in partnership with internal and external individuals and organisations
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of service delivery
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work on a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines, where necessary.
