The Carers Centre is a growing and forward-thinking organisation with ambition to support an increasing number of children, young people and adults who provide unpaid care for a family member or friend due to disability, illness, addiction, or frailty.

This post is funded by Carers Trustâs Making Carers Count programme, which is supported by the Covid-19 Support Fundâ
You will develop and provide a dedicated and age-appropriate information support service, offering involvement opportunities to Young Adult Carers across Falkirk and Clackmannanshire.
This post is funded until March 2023, however it is hoped that further funding will be made available to extend the role beyond this.
Applicants will need to evidence an understanding of the needs and difficulties faced by young adult carers and the importance of the support provided to them.
Closing Date for applications is Monday 25th October, with a view of holding interviews week commencing 1st November 2021.
