Community Integrated Care is recruiting for an Advanced Support Worker, with flexible shift patterns.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up.

You will join our team which supports a gentleman to live his life to the full. With a positive, outgoing, and energetic nature, you will provide a highly individualised service, respecting the needs and wishes of this person in his own home. You will also provide social support and promote his independence so that he can become more active and achieve his goals and aspirations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Level Three in Social Care.

If you do not have a qualification, you need suitable experience.

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.

We will develop your talents with a range of specialist training, including the opportunity to learn Positive Behaviour Support methods.

During recruitment you will meet the people we support in their home. This will allow you to see their wonderful personalities first-hand and fully understand the level of support that they require.
