Community Integrated Care is currently seeking a proactive, confident and self-sufficient People Specialist to join their well-established and expanding People Team in Scotland covering Glasgow, Perth and Forth Valley.

The People Specialist will be part of a team providing HR support on a day-to-day basis to 7 Regional Managers, 40-45 frontline managers and approximately 950 colleagues across Scotland and will report directly to the Senior People Business Partner. They will work closely with the Senior People Business Partner to provide a comprehensive HR service across the business in Scotland.

The post holder will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Support regional management teams through all stages of the people process
  • Provide prompt and insightful advice on HR policy, procedures and people issues to colleagues across all areas of the business
  • Coach and mentor leaders to resolve people issues effectively and efficiently that will support a consistent approach and build strong working relationships with colleagues.
  • Provide resourcing and TUPE support
  • You will take the lead on the regional initiatives that support colleagues to take care of their personal wellbeing.
  • You will produce regular people reports and analysis for the HR Business Partner to use when presenting information at Regional Reviews.

Our ideal candidate is:

  • CIPD qualified with brilliant experience in an HR Advisor role providing support to services across multiple geographical areas or a large multi-site environment.
  • Resilient, resourceful and engaging, with strong communication skills and an ability to develop immediate credibility with internal and external stakeholders to build sound working relationships.
  • A driver with a driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
