Are you a friendly, approachable administration manager with experience of co-ordinating a busy, fast-paced office environment? You could be just who we're looking for!


An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Glasgow & East Dunbartonshire branch to join us as a Branch Co-ordinator, based in our Glasgow HUB on a full-time, permanent basis.


The Role


​​​​​​​As Branch Co-ordinator, you will be part of our management team, supporting the Branch Leader and Service Leads to ensure the smooth and effective running of our branch.


​​​​​​​Some of your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: -

  • Managing two branch offices, budgets, and administrative staff
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and contractors
  • Ensuring that our working environment complies with Health & Safety legislation
  • Maintaining systems to ensure our services are contract and legislation compliant
  • Developing, improving, and reviewing administrative practices and procedures
  • Writing and submitting reports as required to the management team and others

To take on this role, we'll need you to bring: -

  • A confident, personable nature to engage with people we support, families, and a wide range of work colleagues
  • A track record of successfully managing people, tasks and using your initiative
  • Extensive experience of office-related computer software (e.g., Office 365, Excel, MS Teams)
  • Creativity, drive, and the ability to implement innovative ideas to improve working practices
  • A keen eye for detail with a proven track record of producing high quality work

It would be great if you also have: -

  • Experience of contractual, statutory & legislative requirements relative to the role, including SSSC Codes of Practice & Care Inspectorate standards
  • Experience in working in social care or the third sector
