We're looking for proactive, creative and and uplifting *female colleagues who are understanding to join them as a Support Practitioners on a permanent basis. We have 30 to 39 hour contracts available.


​​​​​​​Our current rate of pay is £10.02 per hour, but we have an exciting pay award pending of £10.50 per hour which will be backdated to 1st April 2022.

The Role


You'll be joining our small dedicated team that provide care and support to 2 ladies and a gent with learning disabilities who share a home. The people we support enjoy a social and active life and like to go out for lunch or dinner, go shopping and to social events such as the Gesh, bowling and the cinema. They do enjoy keeping fit in the swimming pool. As a Support Worker you will take an active interest in their hobbies and help them explore new and fun activities.


​​​​​​​The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. Your main aim will be supporting the day to day needs of of the people we support which involve shopping, finances, cooking, housework, medication, prompts for personal care and support with showering. Our team pride themselves on working together to make a positive difference. By taking a person centred and outcomes focused approach, you will get to know the people we support as individuals, encourage their independence and help them recognise their potential.

Shift Patterns


​​​​​​​As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns will include day shift which are 8am - 6pm or 10am - 8pm, sleepovers start at 10 am and finish at 10am the following day. Our weekend shifts are 10am - 5.30pm.


Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £90.18 for each sleepover shift you work!
