​​​​​​​We’re looking to build a team of motivated, bubbly and enthusiastic *male colleagues for a fabulous new service in Irvine supporting a young man with Autism in his own home. We have up to 39 hour contracts available.


We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us. We have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the skills you'll need, including the opportunity to complete your SVQ.​​​​​​​


For these roles we will need you to hold a full manual driving licence. Access to a car would be great but this is not essential as the young man has his own vehicle.​​​​​


The Role

As a Support Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting with all aspects of daily living including support with housework, administration of medication, assistance with personal care and the management of personal finances. The young man we support enjoys living an active life and have a variety of hobbies include going for walks, out to the disco, drives in his car, listening to music and going bowling. ​​​​​​​​​​We'll be looking to you to help identify new opportunities for participation and inclusion where he can achieve his personal goals and aspirations.

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confidence in the use of computers


Shift Patterns


We provide 24/ 7 tailored support and shifts range between 8 to 12 hours and include waking nights. ​​​​​

​​​​​​​Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.


If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
