Based in Airdrie, our fabulous #TeamCairnhill have an exciting opportunity for a calm and reliable colleague with a positive nature to join them on a fixed term, maternity cover as a â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹Support Practitioner.  


The Role


You'll become part of a friendly and dedicated team who provides support to a gentleman in his own home. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.  


As a Support Practitioner your responsibilities will include administering medication, preparing and supporting with mealtimes and support personal care. You will follow support plans in place to manage anxieties and maintain positive mental health. The gentleman we support enjoys listening to music and getting our for drives in his mobility car and getting out in his local community.


For this role it is essential that you hold a full, UK driving licence and a minimum of 1 year experience on the roads.


About You


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll pay you for your training and we'll even fund your SVQ qualification too!

Shift Pattern


As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift are 24 hour starting at 10am until 10pm, sleepover and then 8am until 10am the following day. 


Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of between £80 per night, depending on the needs of the service.
