We’re looking for caring and motivated colleagues to join our dynamic #TeamBessieDunlop in #Dalry on a permanent basis as Support Workers. We have two contracts available between 16 to 39 hours per week.​​​​​​​


You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us, as we recruit on values and transferrable skills. and have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the skills you'll need, including the opportunity to complete your SVQ Level 3.


The Role


As a Support Worker, you will support their day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments and prompting with personal care and medication. We are looking for people who'll be enthusiastic about participating and supporting with hobbies and interests including the gym, football, meeting with friends. With your help we will enable the people we support to play an active role within their local communities.

To be a great Support Worker we will need you have the following qualities;

  • Confidence in the use of technology.


Shift Patterns


We provide flexible, customer-led services that run twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, which include mornings, afternoons, evenings, waking nights, weekends and public holidays and on a rota basis.
