We are now on the lookout for motivated and creative individuals who are passionate about making a difference to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis as Support Workers. We have up to 39 hour contracts available.


The Role


Based in #Ardrossan, #TeamCastlecraigs is an energetic, fast-paced Housing Support service which is home to 13 individuals with complex support needs. We have a great team spirit within the service and our colleagues really pride themselves on working together to make a positive difference to the lives of the individuals we support.


As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised, flexible support based upon the assessed needs of each individual. With a focus on reducing social isolation, maintaining and promoting independence, you will enable the people we support to live as independently as possible and to play an active role within their local communities. This role will also include supporting with hobbies, meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments, personal care and medication.

To be a great Support Worker we will need you have the following qualities;

  • Able to follow guidelines.
  • Confidence in the use of technology.


Shift Patterns


We're dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, our shift patterns are 9:00am – 9:00pm day shifts and 9:00pm – 9:00am waking nights and do include weekends and public holidays. Waking night shifts are paid at your normal hourly rate, plus an additional payment of £20 per night.
