Based in Irvine, #TeamLinkwood is currently on the lookout for a bubbly, caring and outgoing *female colleague to join them as a Support Worker on a permanent basis.


The Role


Our small, friendly team support an active and fun-loving lady who lives in her own home. She enjoys getting out and about in her car, listening to music, meeting up with friends and socialising. The lady uses a wheelchair and requires support to attend her activities.


You’ll be supporting her day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, support to appointments, personal care and medication. As a Support Worker we will need you to be flexible in your approach and be able to follow guidelines.


About You

To be a great Support Worker we will need you have the following qualities;

  • Great communication skills.
  • Can think outside the box.
  • Caring attitude and approach.
  • Positive approach to learning.
  • Full, manual UK driving licence (min 1 year driving experience).
  • Confidence in the use of technology.


Shift Patterns


Our service provides care 7 days a week, between 11.30 to 5.30pm but this can vary due to activities.
