The Role

As a Team Member, you will be positive and proactive in identifying new opportunities for participation and inclusion, provide quality personal care and participate in household tasks as required. The duties are varied, and no two days are the same.

There’s never a dull moment here at Waterfront as the people we support enjoy getting out and about including attending college and other activities in the community along with swimming, boccia, going for walks and playing football. Some of the people we support like some 1:1 time and going out for lunch, accessing the sensory room, listening and singing along to music and going to discos and parties.

Our picturesque Waterfront service is a specialist housing complex for individuals with autism and other complex support needs. The service is comprised of five self-contained flats and other shared accommodation, which will be home for up to 11 individuals. As a team, we focus on promoting and encouraging independence, enabling the people we support to live as independently as possible and to play an active role within their local community.
