We’ve got various great opportunities to join our amazing teams on a permanent (20-35 hours per week) and relief basis in Stonehaven, Portlethen and Inverbervie!


We pay our Team Members £10.10 per hour! If joining us on a relief contract, your pay rate would be £9.50 per hour.


The Role


As a Team Member we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction; no two days are ever the same, you’ll play a HUGE part in making a difference in the lives of the individuals in our care.


You'll support individuals with aspects of their daily living, including personal care, medication, housework and preparing food. You’ll also support them to reach their goals, participate in their hobbies and activities and play an active part in their local communities.


About You


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts will fall into patterns of early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, waking nights and public holidays, so we will need you to be flexible.


Sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours. You will receive a payment of £76 for every sleepover shift that you work!

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
