Are you an experienced housing professional who could assist us for a period of 6 months? Or are you looking to gain experience in this area? If so, this could be an ideal opportunity for a secondment to develop the skills you may have from a related discipline, if your organisation would be happy to support this.

You will have a key role in delivering a customer focussed service to applicants, tenants, and owners, with duties including allocations, void management, rent arrears, tenancy, and estate management.

You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and relevant experience of housing management, preferably with membership or part qualification of the CIH. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computerised rent accounting systems is desirable.

The post requires a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual. You should be passionate about ensuring our customers receive only the highest quality service, and innovative in your approach to deliver solutions.

A full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential as the post involves regular travel. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Standard Disclosure.

We offer a defined contribution pension scheme, flexible working hours and a friendly, comfortable working environment. This role is based at our Head Office with on-site parking, however, the role is temporarily home based due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
