Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) Worker

36 hours per week

£22,688.64 - £25,384.32 per annum (position on scale dependent on experience)

Fife Women’s Aid are looking for a full-time support worker to join our existing MARAC team, working with women experiencing domestic abuse who are at high levels of risk.

If you want to help make a difference in the lives of women, children and young people with experience of domestic abuse, have direct experience of providing one to one person-centered support along with good interpersonal skills then you may be the person we are looking for. Applicants will have at least 2 years’ experience of working in a support or advocacy role. The MARAC team is a small supportive team with a wealth of experience to share with new workers. Training will also be provided for the successful candidates.

Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with a range of multi-agency partners is essential.

Membership of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme is a requirement for this post.
