About our Service



Ferry House is a Residential Care Home looking after sixteen elderly ladies, with a variety of needs including physical disabilities, dementia and mental health issues.


We are a relatively small team who work closely together to ensure the highest quality of care is given to our ladies.


We are situated in Broughty Ferry within walking distance of local amenities and coffee shops, which assists us in ensuring our ladies remain part of the community.



About the Benefits as a Flexible Support Worker:

Payment of £94.50 for sleepover shift

£14 per hour for waking night shifts

About You


You will be a good communicator, both written and verbal

You will be organised with good time keeping

Be able to demonstrate transferrable skills relating to care

Hold an SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or, demonstrate the ability and willingness to undertake required qualification for SSSC registration

Be required to obtain registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months of taking up the post
