In partnership with NHS Highland, our incredible new service in Muir of Ord will open in summer 2023, and we are looking for you to join our team and help the people we support move in to their first home.

As an Enhanced Support Worker, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs. You will also take on specifically agreed enhanced responsibilities in relation to assisting with the day-to-day coordination of the service and to support managers with quality assurance checks.

The focus of enhanced responsibilities may include assisting Team Managers with some of the following:

· Support plan reviews

· Support planning

· Finance checks/audits

· Medication checks/audits

· Rota planning

· Peer support

We are looking for flexible, motivated candidates who have experience supporting people have good lives, with a positive attitude to life and a commitment towards making a difference to adults with disabilities and complex needs.

You should have leadership qualities, and the ability to share these with others, as well as a good understanding of the codes of practice and health and care standards, as well as being committed to your own personal and professional development.
