Hours: 35 hours

£29,289 to £33,911 Plus Essential Car Users allowance of £1000 per annum.

Key is a Registered Social Landlord and a Social Care Support provider operating across 16 local authorities in Scotland providing person centred services, high quality housing and support. Our services are, in the main, designed to meet the needs of disabled people. Our Tenancy Services Team work in close partnership with Key as a support provider to ensure our tenants have as much choice and control over their lives as possible.

Valued Tenancy Services staff member with 35 years of service is retiring. Therefore, this is an exciting opportunity to join an excellent team and help shape on-going service provision.

The post holder will be responsible for the provision of an effective and responsive housing management service within a defined geographical area.

Are you?

• In possession of a relevant housing qualification or knowledge and ability at an equivalent level

• Experienced in the provision of housing management services, with a Registered Social Landlord, Local Authority service or within a similar environment

• Microsoft Office proficient and the ability to use a housing management system

• Knowledgeable in relation to Housing Benefit and Universal Credit

You must have access to a suitable vehicle during working hours and either hold a valid current driving licence or be able to make alternative arrangements.
