We are currently recruiting a small team of male support staff to support a man “David” to live in his own flat in Dalmuir. David is in his late 30s and has a learning disability and autism. David receives support 24 hours a day and this includes a sleepover shift. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support.

We support David on a daily basis with all aspects of his life including personal care, taking care of his home and finances as well as developing and maintaining full and active participation in the community. A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with disabilities is desirable.

We have 2 posts available, and applicants should be able to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of David with shifts including evenings, weekends and sleepovers. David’s support will require one or two sleepovers per week.
