Relief Support Workers

As a Support Worker you will join our well-established teams working with people to provide high quality individualised support to adults and young people who have a range of support needs or disabilities. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support, with experience in social care desirable.

On a day to day basis we support people with all aspects of their lives including personal care, taking care of their home and finances as well as developing and maintaining full and active participation in the community. A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people we support with shifts including evenings, weekends and overnight responsibilities including sleepovers and waking nights in most circumstances.
