About Us

Kingdom Support and Care CIC (KSC) is a Community Interest Company, a private company limited by shares and a wholly owned subsidiary of Kingdom Housing Association (KHA). We are accredited Gold in Investors in People and a Living Wage Scotland employer.

KSC supports over 300 people throughout Fife and Falkirk, providing high quality and personalised support and care designed to meet individual needs and desired outcomes.

We provide support to people with a range of needs in their own homes, including those with: learning disability, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), complex needs, mental health issues, age related needs, homelessness, drug and alcohol addictions.

The support and care provided by KSC is flexible, responsive and person centered support which assists people to live their lives as they wish and to enable them to meet their desired outcomes.

About the Role

Within the Falkirk Service we provide support to a range of individuals who live either in their own homes and/or with family. The support we provide is person centred support which is co-produced with the individuals ensuring their needs, choices, goals and aspirations are valued. The staff base operates from the Redding area, however this post is predominantly based in Camelon, Falkirk.

In this role, you will be an integral member of the support team contributing to and ensuring the high quality of care and support for a young person with complex needs.

This specific role requires individuals to support a non verbal young person in their own home through-out the night ensuring their safety at all times. Personal care and household activities will be required during waking night hours.

CALM, Medication and Epilepsy training is required and full training will be given.

About You

We are looking for upbeat, confident and energetic individuals who have the desire, drive and motivation to support people to live their best life. You will have a good work ethic with sound professional values. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with experience of dealing with challenging behaviour being desirable.
