Support Worker

Due to our Service growing, we have a number of shifts available in our Edinburgh Outreach Day Service, Monday to Friday, 0845 - 1530.

Full or part-time hours guaranteed.

Our community based outreach day Service provides support and social activities to individuals to make choices, to fulfil their interests and provide valuable leisure time.

As a Support Worker, you will provide assistance with personal care and support, as well as assisting with daily activities so individuals can attain their full potential, maximise options available and encourage choice, participation and motivation.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

• Have the ability, to work as part of a team.

You don’t need any specific qualifications or experience, although, experience of providing care is advantageous. You will, however, need plenty of enthusiasm and passion for our work.

We will provide funding to achieve SVQ Level 2 or 3.
