What about you?

Joining us your focus will be on keeping the building and grounds of this 65 bed care home safe and well maintained for the elderly residents who live there. Support will be provided where applicable from appropriately skilled contractors.

Your day to day role will see you managing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks. This will involve anything from using your keen attention to detail and competent IT skills to support the Home Manager from a compliance perspective, to using your painting skills to ensure the rooms offer a homely environment for our residents.

Your previous experience in a facilities role, combined with a good working knowledge of health and safety, mean that you are quick to spot when things don’t look quite right and take the appropriate action.

A clean full UK driving licence is essential
