Support Worker - Opportunities across Scotland

We are now looking for Support Workers to join us across Scotland in delivering the highest standards of care within our 27 care homes.

£10.04 - £10.14 per hour + benefits (5.6 weeks annual leave) + overtime rates

Opportunities for full time, part time and bank shifts.

Joining our mental health teams with a great reputation for providing the best quality person centred care and support, you will be assisting these individuals on their recovery journey, relearning old skills and taking on new challenges to help rebuild their confidence and independence.

As part of Meallmore we have everything that you would expect such as tele conference, training and staff meeting facilities, electronic care planning and rota system, a life skills kitchen and rehabilitation accommodation - all within an environment that has been designed and decorated to meet the needs of individuals who experience complex and enduring mental health issues.

But what about you?

You will be an important part of the team, supporting the Senior Support Workers and Nurses in delivering the highest standards of holistic care and support to the residents of our mental health facilities.

You will already have gained previous experience in a similar role and this, combined with the training you will receive and your very own mentor for 12 weeks, means you will settle into your new role in no time.
