Morar Living have a new purpose-built care home in Bridge of Weir, with modern state of the art facilities.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Unit Manager with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

The Unit Manager is responsible for the running of an allocated floor of the home, working closely with Senior Care Staff and Care Staff in delivering individualised care and support to the residents within the area of responsibility.

About You

To join us you will be an RN, with Unit Manager experience in a care home setting caring for older people.

You will have management and leadership ability, inspiring less experienced members of staff to deliver consistently excellent care and support and to strive for excellence.

You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.

You will have experience and passion in supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.

You will work well within the team, leading, guiding, supporting and teaching junior staff members and acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice.

You will have experience in motivating and leading the staff team.

You will have the right to work within the UK.
