Recruitment Administrator

Working as part of the People Team, you will:

· Draft and advertise vacancies internally and on our website and other external sources ensuring compliance with organisational and legal requirements

· Liaise with candidates and recruiting managers re status of their application/vacancy

· Generate offer paperwork and carry out relevant recruitment checks including Right to Work documentation, PVG and references

· Ensure all paperwork filed and retained in line with audit and legal requirements

· Record accurate recruitment data for reporting purposes

· Attend recruitment events with managers to promote the organisation as required

· Manage a shared mailbox allocating queries as appropriate

To be considered you must:

· Have excellent administrative skills and great attention to detail

· Be highly proficient in MS Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Have demonstrable experience of working in a fast paced environment

· Be able to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload

· Understand the confidential nature of the role

Previous experience in a Recruitment or People Team environment is desirable.
