The Mungo Foundation is a well-established charitable organisation, with over 40 years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals across Scotland. We employ over 700 staff, supporting approximately 1500 people a year, across a diverse array of services. Our services are tailored to the needs of each individual we work with and together we work hard to improve their quality of life.
Our Mitre House Project based in the Pollok area in the South of Glasgow, is a small residential care home which provides support to five adults who have a learning disability and some of whom have associated physical disabilities and autism.
We are looking to recruit a Temporary Part Time Project Worker to join our team, who is motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to effectively ensure they deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering high-quality person-centred support plans, contributing to positive outcomes for the individuals we support, whilst promoting therapeutic and recreational activities.
Qualifications or experience are not essential. We offer excellent support, training and a salary of £10.02 per hour.
If successful and unqualified, you must be wiling to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory Requirements.
