We are expanding and are recruiting two Support Workers. The people we support have a range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disability and mental health. As a small organisation ,we are well-placed to nurture your professional development, help you to problem-solve, listen to your thoughts and ideas and enable you to feel part of something great.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support based upon the needs of each individual. With a focus on promoting and encouraging independence we enable people to achieve the best that life can offer.

We are looking for people with a real passion for making a difference. So, whilst it would be helpful if you have experience in a similar role, this is not essential. What’s most important to us is that you can demonstrate the right values and attitudes to make a real difference. You’ll receive all the training and support you need including the opportunity to complete a fully funded SVQ qualification.

We can also offer you the support of a hands-on management team, generous holiday entitlement and a company pension. A full-time post is 35 hours per week.

If you’re successful in joining our team, you will be expected to register with the SSSC and work towards a professional qualification.
