The Learning & Talent Development Department are looking to recruit a new team member (17.5 hours) to join our vibrant, busy and dynamic department. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a quality learning experience across a wide range of services and believes they can make a positive difference to the care of the people we support.

The role will involve:-

  • Developing and delivering learning and support materials to meet organisational statutory and regulatory L&TD requirements.
  • Work closely with the work closely with the L&TD Adviser and L&TD Manager in order to meet statutory and regulatory learning needs of Quarriers staff.
  • Build links with other agencies and training providers in order to enhance L&TD activity with Quarriers.
  • Any other duties as required to support the work of the department.
