We also pay sleepover hours at £10.50 per hour.

Contracted hours rising to £10.63 per hour after 1 year's service.

Are you the right person to make a difference to someone’s life? To support an individual with complex health and social care needs who lives at home and wants to begin accessing her community again doing the things which she previously enjoyed like swimming and visiting cafes.

We are looking for part time (15 hours per week) Support Workers to join our team. The hours will be worked over 3 days per week i.e. Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday.

The Person We Support benefits from the use of her car so a full, clean driving license would be beneficial although not essential for every applicant as this is a 2:1 service.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver personal care and would benefit from having a positive, friendly nature. This will help to build important relationships with the Person We Support and family members. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous for applicants.

Specific and mandatory training will be provided across all sections of the role as staff support is a key part of Quarriers core values.

Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.
