Administration Officer - 30 hours weekly

RAMH supports a wide variety of people throughout the Community on their recovery journey to manage their health and live a more rewarding and fulfilling life. We are seeking an Admin Officer with good customer care experience who would like to work in a very busy office environment to carry out a wide range of admin duties. This will include collating and input of service delivery information and producing reports, maintaining data-bases and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, taking minutes of meetings, dealing with telephone enquiries, reception duties, liaising with the team, maintaining manual and electronic filing systems, data entry and general typing duties as required. Will also require to assist in the Human Resource department

The successful applicant must have previous administration experience and will be provided with any training in our specific tasks. Excellent communication skills with a wide range of individuals and the ability to think on your feet and take a pro-active approach to problem solving in an office environment, is essential. An interest in well-being and mental health may help you understand this support role.

You must be comfortable working in a varied, ever changing role and be proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and TEAMS.

This post is based in our Paisley office, however RAMH have a number of office bases throughout East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire and you may occasionally be required to work in various offices. As part of our Admin team you will find this a rewarding position.
