We are seeking an experienced Domestic Assistant to join our team in Kingsmills Care Home for 20 hours per week. Days flexible.

As a domestic assistant in one of our homes, your main responsibilities are to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the home, ensuring communal areas and our residents' bedrooms are clean and tidy. Your duties will include cleaning en-suites, public toilets, baths and hand basins are cleaned daily as per the cleaning schedule provided by management.

You will, preferably, have previous experience in a similar role or sector and be able to demonstrate an understanding of COSHH, HACCP and infection control procedures. You will be able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team as well as having the confidence to work autonomously. You will have a strong attention to detail and know how to be respectful of our residents' dignity and privacy, ensuring our residents' right to confidentiality is maintained at all times.
