Here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland we make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. We have an exciting opportunity as a Support Practitioner to support individuals who require some additional support both at home and out in the community. Our clients all have who have varying degrees of support needs and this makes everyday unique. This could involve supporting people to live everyday lives in the community including daily living skills and building relationships. Or it could involve practical support with the person`s daily life, personal care and helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle.

We support over 2800 individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities and Mental Health some with limited verbal communication and some with challenging behaviour.

We have a range of roles available including, full time, part time and bank shifts.

Previous experience as a Support Practitioner is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
