Here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland we are now looking for a Home-Based Regional Resourcing Administrator covering our services in the South Region: Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway, South Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire, and East Renfrewshire. Occasional travel may would be required to a South Region local office to process documents.

Some of the duties you can expect to do within this role would be to:

Work with Regional Resourcing Consultants and hiring managers to schedule interviews within the KPI timeframe.

Use the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to process recruitment from end to end and maintain up to date records.

Conduct all pre-employment compliance checks and update both the ATS and Tracker.

Send new start paperwork (i.e. Formal offer letter, staff engagement form and File checklist) to new start inbox for HR

Manage regional recruitment mail box

To be successful in this post you will have a sound value base in respect of the rights of people with a disability, good administrative skills and will provide a high standard of administration support to the recruitment function in a wide range of activities across board the on-boarding cycle and file management system. The Regional Resourcing Administrator is responsible for updating various types of information on the ATS, Open HR and other databases as well as helping managers adhere to guidance regarding safer recruitment practices.

You will be an excellent communicator, organised, have good time management skills and be able to manage/prioritize competing demands and work well independently and as part of a team. Previous administration experience is essential.
