Here at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland we make a real difference in supporting people with their everyday lives. We have an exciting opportunity as a Support Practitioner to support individuals who have varying degrees of support needs. This could involve supporting people to live everyday lives in the community including daily living skills and building relationships. This could involve practical support with the person`s daily life, personal care or helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle.

We support over 2500 individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities and Mental Health some with limited verbal communication and some with challenging behaviour

Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

Previous experience as a Support Practitioner is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
