Our Highland Team 4 service provides a mix of 24-hour Care at Home and Housing Support to a large number of clients in the Inverness region.

Due to growth, we are looking to recruit additional full time, part-time or bank staff members to become an integral part of this large team-based service in the Culloden area of Inverness.

We provide support to a broad range of clients, including individuals with Learning Disability, Mental Health issues and both low and high functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder. All of the people we support within this team enjoy independent living in their own homes, or as part of our larger Cluster Service.

The teams currently working in these services are long-serving, experienced and very supportive of each other. If you are fit and healthy, with a GOOD SENSE OF FUN and a wide range of personal interests, this could be the opportunity for you?

Previous experience as a Support Practitioner is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.

We have Full time, Part time and Bank hours to help suit everyone. Our shifts vary from early, back, late, sleepover and a waken night shift.
