We have an exciting opportunity as a Support Practitioner to support individuals with practical support such as personal care or helping to promote a positive, active and healthy lifestyle.

We support over 2800 individuals with a variety of needs, some may have physical and/or learning disabilities and Mental Health some with limited verbal communication and some with challenging behaviour. Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

We have a full time role in Leven supporting a young individual with muscular dystrophy. He also has a tracheotomy, for which full training will be provided. Although we always value social care experience, it is not essential for this position as we have an experienced and committed management team in place to support and develop your skills, alongside our comprehensive training programme.
