Community Healthcare Assistant

You need to be empathetic and understanding and should have a positive attitude, patience and good communication skills. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients within their own homes. You will be expected to provide all aspects of daily living care and support including personal care, medication, food preparation, light domestic duties, shopping and social care/escort visits. What are we looking for from our Support Workers: You are honest, reliable and have a positive outlook. You take pride in doing a good job and are enthusiastic in your approach. You are a team player but can also work alone. You are organized and punctual and have good time management skills. Variable contracts both full, part time or weekends only contracts available.

Previous experienced preferred however full training is provided and shadow working with a trained staff member is included within your induction period.
