Are you an ambitious, creative and influential practitioner who is passionate about supporting young people to bring about change in their lives?
The primary purpose of this post is to facilitate a group for young people who have complex needs, are affected by substance use, and are disengaged/disengaging from school and community life. The post holder will be required to plan and deliver group interventions that provide informal learning, as well as the opportunity to engage in positive social activities across a range of sites. They will also have a key role in developing the group while monitoring and evaluating group activity.
