Home Care Assistants

Transitions Care Ltd are a local Care at Home company providing a range of care and support services to adults who need it in the Aberdeenshire communities of Westhill, Inverurie and Kintore, to enable independent living at home.

The main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes to match our own. We’re seeking to recruit some great new Home Care Assistants; people with the right values and behaviours to work in our community care service – could this be you?

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to begin with – we’re happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker by giving you all the training and support you need, such as obtaining a qualification in health and social care.

The duties are varied. You will be supported by the company to make a difference by not only providing personal care to the people we support, but supporting them to take part in a wide range of activities.

Please note that all of our positions require an Enhanced Disclosure Scotland Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.

Please note that all of our positions require a full driving licence and vehicle for business use.
