Bank Care & Support Worker (HCW -Older People)

Trust Housing Association has a fantastic opportunity for Care & Support workers to join our staff agency as Bank Housing Care Workers working with our team based at Longfield Drive, Duns. Working on an as and when basis providing cover for annual leave and other staff absences.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: -

· Competitive hourly rate of £11.56 per hour

What we’re looking for in our Care & Support Workers:

Our housing care services at Duns provides housing support, personal care and a meals service. You’ll be working with our tenants to ensure that they receive the support and personal care identified in individual care plans, making it possible for our tenants to continue enjoying as much independent living as they’re able. It’ll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you’ll bring to this important role.

Care & Support Skills and Experience:

We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in care, are self-motivated with a passion for going the extra mile and share our values. Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. If you are successful in joining our team we can provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your experience or enhance your career in social care and assist with your ongoing continued personal development.
