We have a job opportunity for a Customer Partner to work with our Customer Experience Team.

What we’re looking for in this role:

As the face of Trust to our customers, you will be driven and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences for those living in the Fife, West Lothian, West Dunbartonshire and the Western Isles. A familiar face within the neighbourhoods in which you operate, you will be empowered to make the right decision at the right time, ensuring seamless service delivery, right first time for every customer.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Delivery of continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and business performance. Develop and nurture meaningful and effective communication with customers and partners. Lead our drive to ensure well maintained, attractive and vibrant communities and neighbourhoods where our customers live. Act as the face of Trust to our customers, in delivering seamless service delivery, right first time for every customer. There is a requirement to undertake out of hours on call duty on a rotational basis.

Skills and Experience:

With a good working knowledge of the housing and care sector , you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have excellent computer literacy skills with experience of Microsoft Office applications. As the post requires regular travel you must have access to your own vehicle and will receive a car allowance and appropriate expenses.
