Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role in a progressive Housing Association?

Following several staff changes due to internal appointments, Trust Housing Association has an opportunity for a Customer Partner (Landlord) working within our Customer Experience Team. You will be supporting our customers in Stirling, Clackmannanshire and South Ayrshire. You will also be required to line manage a small number of development staff.

As the face of Trust to our customers, you will be driven and enthusiastic, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, making our new and exciting strategy, The Time Is Now, a reality. A familiar face within the neighbourhoods in which you operate, you will be empowered to make the right decision at the right time, ensuring seamless service delivery, right first time for every customer.

With a good working knowledge of the housing sector including experience of collecting rent arrears, void management, estate management, and allocations you should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have excellent computer literacy skills with experience of Microsoft Office applications.
