Upmo is currently recruiting for a full-time Team Manager to join our dedicated team.
Upmo is a growing service that provides tailored support and learning opportunities to help our students reach their individual goals and aspirations. We are looking for a Team Manager who is driven to provide a high-quality experience for our students and positive work environment for our staff team.
In this position, you will be one of three Team Managers who provide support for both our team members, in areas such as learning and development, and our students through acting as a Case Manager to support an identified group of students during their time at Upmo.
We are looking for a candidate with experience of managing a staff team as well as planning alongside people with disabilities, preferably in a social care or educational setting. Relevant training or qualifications would be advantageous, and the candidates must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
