Did you know that starting a job in the care sector can be a steppingstone to a wide range of different career paths?

Many people who begin a career in care find that they continue the journey to their ultimate vocation in one of many health, social care or public sector roles.

Of course, at William Simpsons – a charity care home supporting individuals with a mental health diagnosis - there are also ample opportunities to grow and develop within the home itself. For a great example of this, check out Craig’s story on our website.

Working at William Simpsons can also lead to an interest in multiple other fields including social work, housing, mental health, nursing or government bodies. Offering support to residents of all ages as they work through and with their mental health diagnosis provides a unique care setting for you to discover how you fit within the world of social care.

Find your passion, join the team at William Simpsons.
