Early Years Practitioner

We are recruiting a highly motivated early years practitioner for our nursery within the area of Cambuslang

Applicants must possess a relevant qualification in either SVQ 3 in social services(Children and Young People), HNC Childcare and Education or equivalent.

Experience in a childcare setting is preferred as you will have the responsibility for the learning and development for our young children through the planning and implementation of learning experiences in line with the Curriculum for Excellence and local/national guidance.

Successful candidates,if not already registered, with SSSC as practitioners,will be required to gain this within 6 months of appointment.

Completion of an Enhanced Disclosure (PVG) is paramount

The successful candidate will be required to engage effectively with families, observe support and extend childrens learning and maintain accurate childrens records.

Work together with other staff members to plan for childrens learning.
