An exciting opportunity to develop your career in the Early Years sector whilst retaining flexibility in your work/life balance; Cramond Playgroup is currently looking to recruit either 1 or 2 part-time fully qualified practitioner(s) to start after the Summer Holidays (date TBC). This post will be required for up to 5 mornings a week 8:30am to 12:30pm (Monday to Friday).

We are a long established and successful community playgroup, run by the Playgroup Leader with a team of staff and a parent led committee. Cramond Playgroup is a thriving setting with a large intake of children annually. We operate out of the Cramond Kirk halls and have access to a range of rooms and outdoor spaces, allowing us to provide a fantastic range of fun educational opportunities.

A registered charity, we operate a fun, caring and safe environment for children aged between 2 - 5 years five mornings a week. We do not operate during school holidays which we take at the same time as the local Primary School.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic and committed to working with children and parents and who will have a positive contribution to make to the running of the playgroup. You will have experience of working with children and will hold a suitable qualification in Childcare for registration with SSSC. The post is subject to criminal record checks and membership of the PVG scheme.

The number of sessions and salary can be discussed during interview.
