Location: Marischal College, Aberdeen

Duration: Full Time, Permanent.

Job purpose:

As part of the Capital Cluster within the Resources Function the purpose of this 
role is to deliver a full architectural design and contract administration service
within the Public Buildings – Design Team which includes architectural, 
quantity surveying and clerks of works inspection services to deliver
construction works carried out on public buildings for the City Council. 

The Design Team (Public Buildings) is responsible for the design, specification and delivery of construction projects
in Council public buildings, offices, schools, libraries etc (excluding housing)

 

Requirements

HNC in Building or Architecture or equivalent.
HND/Degree in Building or Architecture or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be able to work independently, with minimal 
supervision and shall demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely with a diverse range for individuals. 

They shall display a strong focus on delivering a high standard of 
customer service and shall demonstrate a positive approach to work.
